A.   REGULATIONS ON NON-CARRIAGE GOODS, RESTRICTED TRANSPORTATION, CONDITIONAL TRANSPORTATION

1.   In cases where MUAVIVU does not support shipping

· Products are in the list of goods that MUAVIVU does not transport:

· Goods on the list of prohibited transactions on MUAVIVU

· Fresh food, goods with a shelf life of less than 30 days, goods requiring special preservation (cold, hot, etc.)

· Drinks

· Gasoline, oil, gas, flammable and explosive goods

· Precious metals (gold, silver, etc.), high-value gemstones (diamonds, rubies, etc.)

· Animals and plants

· Lighters, flashlights, decorative items shaped like weapons

For items in the MUAVIVU category that do not support shipping above, Shopee will not be responsible if the goods are seized, destroyed or damaged during transportation. Sellers are fully responsible before MUAVIVU and the law (if any) when sending goods in violation of MUAVIVU's Shipping Policy and Vietnamese law.

• Orders with goods value greater than or equal to 30,000,000 VND (excluding shipping fees)
• The order shows signs of fraud, taking advantage of MUAVIVU's policies and support
• Users do not follow Shopee's shipping instructions, regulations and recommendations stated in this Policy or during direct communication with MUAVIVU staff.
• User violates MUAVIVU's Community Standards
• Product return shipping after the Buyer (Recipient) has received the goods, unpacked the goods and sent a Return-Refund Request to MUAVIVU. The process of returning or exchanging products will be carried out based on direct agreement between Buyer and Seller.
• Orders that violate the quantity and purchase value limits according to each promotion program. Detailed content will be announced according to each program.
